Domestic Shipping (Within India)

  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders within India.

  • Delivery Timelines:

    • In-stock items: Delivered within 3–5 business days.

    • Custom design orders: Delivered within 25–31 business days.

    • Remote locations: Delivery may take up to 7 business days.

  • Service Areas: We deliver to select cities and pin codes across India.

  • Shipping Partners: All domestic deliveries are handled by trusted logistics partners and are fully insured.

  • Signature Confirmation: All deliveries require a signature from the recipient to ensure secure handover.

International Shipping

  • We ship internationally using reputable courier services such as BVC Logistics and Sequel.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on local customs clearance and partner courier services in the destination country.

  • Shipping charges are calculated and displayed during the checkout process.

  • Duties and Taxes: Customers are responsible for paying all applicable duties, taxes, and customs charges at the destination.

  • All jewelry shipments are subject to clearance by Indian customs before dispatch.


Delivery Insurance

1. Coverage

  • All orders are fully insured during transit until they are delivered to the customer.

  • Insurance covers the full invoice value, including shipping and handling charges.

2. Claims Process

  • In the event of transit loss or theft:

    • The customer must notify DND Diamond within 24 hours of receiving the shipment (or non-receipt if delivery was expected).

    • A claim can only be initiated after this notification.

    • Unboxing Video Required: Customers must provide a clear, unedited unpacking video showing the package opening to process any theft or loss claims.

3. Exclusions

  • Insurance does not cover:

    • Damage or loss due to natural disasters, acts of war, or civil unrest

    • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

    • Improper packaging by the customer during return shipment

4. Timeframe

  • Claims must be initiated within 24 hours of order delivery or loss report.

  • Claims submitted after this period will not be eligible.

5. Refunds & Replacements

  • Upon a successful claim:

    • A full refund or replacement item will be provided as per customer preference.

6. Customer Responsibility

  • Customers must ensure:

    • Correct address and contact details are provided.

    • Jewelry is packed securely if returned.

    • Unboxing video is clear and unedited for insurance purposes.
